4/28/2023 0 Comments School of dragons forumsThe only major difference is that LEGO can't melt down and reuse the leftover plastic sprues from blended parts like these like they can with single-color parts. It turns out, no, the costs are not much different than any other part. I actually asked a designer at BrickFair New Jersey last year if blended parts like the hourglass were more expensive to make. They are nice stickers though! And the dragons, well- maybe it's just me, but I wish they were a bit more fierce. But some problems, I'm still no fan of the fuchsia and pink parts. So my verdict, good set and worth the money, excellent figures. I suspect this part is expensive to make? I only got one- same as with the sets I have that had the Erlenmeyer flask in them. Miku is a pretty little one, made from two colors of plastic.Īnd from behind, no print on the back of the torso and the arms.Īnd a detailed look at that cool new hourglass part. Lovely detailed figure, and WE NEED MORE MALE MINIDOLLS! Upstairs there is a cookie shooting crossbow and a box with spare cookies.Īnd now for the figures- As I said, I love Tidus to bits, with his dragon scale print shirt and his cool copper shoulder protector. There is even a small brake function at the top that keeps the swing in place until the dragon is ready! There is a little swing that the dragon can ride and it works well. Under the arch is a desk that can be removed. so, it's a large tree and an arch that is not substantial enough to be called a proper building. There is a yellow bell that can swing, but I think it would have looked better in gold.Īnd from behind. This is a rather straightforward set that comes in two parts, the main building and a small island with a blackboard, which is a sticker. He comes with this set that also includes a little blue dragon named Miku. (20-11) - Watch out for Jace Birney again next season.I think I'm in love! Tidus Stormsurfer has stolen my heart with his beautiful brown complexion and blue eyes and hair. Also, very tough district matchups against the Tigers and Lakers.ġ0. Am I doing it again? Staples is a good returning player, but they lose a lot of senior production. (20-11) - I badly underestimated the Marshals this season. Will this be the year that the Vikings make it out of the 2nd District? Quality depth is a question mark.ĩ. Mary (14-17) - A sleeper team for sure because they return three quality Sophomores in Sims, Mikel and Haas. This is also a program that seems to be on the rise with some solid youth.Ĩ. (17-15) - I don't think they lose anybody from a team who made the Region 1 semifinals. Current Freshman Miles Woodfork is a name to watch over the next few years. Paducah Tilghman (21-11) - The losses of Powell and Shaw will hurt quite a bit. However, they still have some returning guards who are very good.Ħ. Mayfield (26-6) - Two key losses in their big men from this last year. It feels like this program is on the upswing.ĥ. (11-20) - It looks like they only lose one key senior, and this team was much better than it's 11-20 record. Miller and Klope are the two players who have significant varsity experience.Ĥ. (28-6) - they lose 6 or their 8 top scorers, but let's be honest - this program has the ability to reload each year. Remember that this is a team that almost won the state 2A Championship.ģ. (21-10) - the Lakers did not finish the season like they wanted to, but they have the best current Sophomore trio returning in Finley, Butler and Lockhart. They have a lot of guys returning with experience!Ģ. Murray (22-9) - the Tigers played two-thirds of the year without Whitaker, and they played pretty good. Feel free to respond with any thoughts that you have.ġ. I think that Murray and Calloway most definitely have the most experience returning, and rankings 3 through 10 have a lot of unknowns. I thought I'd give a "Way Too Early" Top 10 for Region 1. First - congrats to the Warren Central Dragons! What a great season of basketball!
